Butch...that was a Raspberry Island AK Roosevelt elk. I don't know if it was 1300 lbs, but I think it was well over 1000. The owners of the B&B where they stayed told them the big bulls get 1300, and they killed the biggest on the island, so they used that number. Obviously no scale out there Wink.
