I'm applying for the Namibian preapproved firearm permit, I've used it in the past but have forgotten what forms to send in. I e-mailed them but have not gotten a response.I have the following forms, anything else?
Letter of invite
4457
police import form

I believe the police import form should be it.
If it's still the same, it's a 1 page deal & can be filled out there if necessary.

Those docs above plus a copy of your passport.

i am in Namibia now. I sent copy of passport, invitation letters, Namibian police form and 4457’s. My weapons permit was waiting for me when we arrived. Took me all of about 10 minutes to get through customs.

As stated above,include a copy of your passport as well, make sure it’s got 6months validity as well.

I'll arrive July 30. I'll get everything sent in. It does ease the arrival process. Thanks for the help.
