Some while ago when the upcoming hunting ban was being discussed here, I said (several times) that I'd bet the Govt wanted to get us whities out of the areas because they had an ulterior motive such as diverting water from the Delta or other dodgy reason that they were keeping quiet about. Seems I might have been right.  | |||
