500grains,

Keep up the hard work and you'll get to those goals. I do think that BMI is a joke though. I come up in the 25-27 range and am anything but overweight. AAW's SMR is right on. But shouldn't it be multiplied my an arm measurement or something like that?

Well, I failed the BMI as a lean, mean, killing machine, but did pass the magic 1.0+ on the Muffin test. Guess I will still keep hunting for a while. Roll Eyes

in 2002 I was hunting free range kudu in RSA if you can believe that. I was outside of Pearstown with my PH and his father who was about 55 and had a huge gut on him. That man could out walk both of us in both distance and speed with no problem...... I asked my PH what the deal with pop was and he said, he has always been able to outwalk all of us, he just sets a pace and doesnt stop for miles......FYI, I was 38 5-10 185lbs and the PH 26 , 5-9 and 170lbs.

In addition to physical fitness, ones mind has alot to do with getting around I beleive.....
