The Du Plooys have been keeping me posted as this unfolds. Getting a safari presence back on the ground to curtail poaching is wonderful but it will be hard going for the safari operators without cats back on quota. Let's hope the powers to be come to their senses on this issue.

Agreed Mark but Zambia is a big piece of Africa now back on the map.

The buff quotas and pricing alone will help satisfy the market.

Heard that the prices , govt expectations and no cats are going to make the concessions very expensive to run and the net effect will be very expensive safaris. But that said it will be great to have Zambia back on the map so to speak
