Have it checked first especially the headspace and the locking lugs but the ammo did not change. Where are you located?

Thanks! I remember recently seeing them announced for sale in a gun magazin. Is it still fun to shoot them? Maybe with a reduced Blue Dot load?

Those have re-barreled to both .50 BMG and 20mm Vulcan. I'd go with the .50 BMG. It's easier to get and legal to own. 14.5 is a "no-no" here in the U.S. "We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately." Octave, We, in the US, have defined anything above .50 cal (bore diameter) as being a destructive device that required a special Federal transfer and tax. This does not usually apply to shotguns, though there are certain types where it does apply. One of the oddities of our firearms laws. Tell me such idiocy does not apply to black powder guns...

"When small men begin to cast long shadows, it's a sure sign the sun is setting." Big words from a small minded man. And no, it doesn't apply to muzzle loaders, only cartridge guns.
