Will this work, Will any aftermarket AR-15 trigger kit fit into an AR-10. I have an r-25 in .243 but the trigger is terrible. Most of My AR's have a 2 stage. So, is it do-able?

Triggers are the same so you're good to go. I fairly good two stage trigger is the RRA (Rock River Arms) and it's not priced bad. Just make sure your securing pins for the trigger and hammer are the correct size as there are two different sizes because of Colt.

The only "gotcha" to AR-15 triggers in AR-10 rifles is the hammerspring. The hammerspring on some of the aftermarket triggers isn't heavy enough to reliably light up .308s.
Single stage JPs come to mind.
