I think it's maybe turkish or something close. There is only one mark on it and I can't interpret it.

I’m no expert on this but…what you have is, indeed a flintlock although it is missing the upper jaw and cock screw. Pistols of this type are generically referred to as horse pistols. They were common in Europe from about 1680 and throughout the 1700s. Small shops in the Middle East were very good at knocking off western designs. That may be the origin of this piece. Obsolete designs tended to persist much later in the east than the west, making it even harder to date.
