Well it seems an old feller I talked to has a cooey lever action rifle. It's called a wagoneer-- I think. Anyway he wants a hundred bucks for it-that's not much. If it's worth much more I'll give him more for it. I may give it to my nephew but I don't want to rip off an old gent. any ideas on its worth? I haven't run across that one before. I doubt that a cooey is worth very much. the chef | ||

Hi Chef; You sure this thing is a Cooey? I've never heard of such a thing and, looking in the 1959 S.I.R. catalogue, I don't see one listed. Also, I"ve never heard of Cooey giving their models names. Somehow, the name Wagoneer is associated with Colt in my Halfheimer mind. I see they marketed a semi-auto under the name of Colteer at one time. Grizz Indeed, no human being has yet lived under conditions which, considering the prevailing climates of the past, can be regarded as normal.
