Men, I need your help again!
posted this in the shotgun forum but thought I may try here also. I have gotten a German? 16 ga. double barrelled hammer gun marked L. Dieter Munchen. It is highly engraved with gold enlays. The overall condition is 93-95%.

Am hoping someone can tell me about the maker, the guns themselves, or point me in the right direction to find out?

Any help would be appreciated!!!
Thanks,
Regan

I don't have any info on L Dieter.
No disrespect to GSP7 but the fact there's a name means (to me) it's not a Guild Gun, which I understand as an unmarked gun. Have you looked at the proof marks to identify rough date of Mfg? If you have good pics I can help date the gun.

Most of the double guns sold in Germany under any name were actually made in Suhl by one of the biggies.
