Anyone hunt from a climbing stand,if so what brand and model,and why do you like it?I am thinking about a Summit Viper climbing set up,but haven't messed with climbers in a long time.

I have a Cougar Claw treestand and I REALLY like it. I'm not terribly comfortable in most climbers, but this one is nice to sit in for extended periods. Part of that is the design and part of that is that the seat is just so darned comfortable, something that I haven't found in too many climbers.

The weight is reasonable as well, and they're made in the U.S.A., something that few treestand manufacturers can claim any more....

I have a Lone Wolf stand, good construction, doesn’t make noise, and is fairly light weight. My brother has a viper, he likes that one. I don’t know that one is any better then the other, just has different features. My advice is to try a few out and see what features you like.
