I bought this barreled action from Terry Clark a couple of years ago and then sent it off to James to work his magic. I am very excited to get this baby in my hands.      Thanks James! Gentlemen I received the rifle and had a chance to handle her today. All I can say is "perfection". It is the absolute embodiment of what I pictured in my imagination when I sent the action off to James. In spite of my lack of being able to articulate exactly what I wanted, James nailed it. This rifle screams Continental refinement and class with American ingeniuty and know how! Well done James! Glad to see James on this thread because the gun pix he does are superb! The barrel was built in Austria many years ago and recently rebored by Delta Gunshop. Pretty sure floormetal is from Wisner. David Christman did most of the metal work. I soldered the barrel swivel on, made the grip cap, and a little other metal work as well as the rust bluing. I spent a few hours whittling wood as well. | |||

Took the rifle to the range this weekend. I am pleased to report 1.25" groups at 100 yards with factory Federal 140 grain Gamekings. Looking good, shooting good!
