Its hard to imagine that people can sink this low.

Are people really this greedy; is money that important to them? There are some sick people.

His attorney thinks that a 10 year sentence is too much, go figure...

We had a similar story with a trusted Estate Planning Attorney here in Las Vegas. Attorney Rob Graham. He was active LDS. He also literally stole millions from his estate victims. Was excommunicated from the LDS Church and sent to prison for a very long time. A good bet that this Utah attorney is LDS too, not to say that a certain religion has a lock on moral turpitude, as they are found in every single religion, with no exceptions, but he's located in Utah, so there's a good chance that he is (or was). What a stain on lawyers and the LDS Church. Very sad. I say slow execution would be too good for these types. thumbdown Mad It also gives the rest of us lawyers a very bad image and name. thumbdown

I agree. What is sad is that this so called Lawyer probably made, or had the ability to make a great living but was too
greedy. I certainly does put a black eye on others who would not deserve it.

I find it hard to believe that these people believe that they will not get caught.

My father, who was the chief justice here, told us to never, ever, trust a lawyer.

He said always tell the truth, and you will never need one.

I've seen some that did tell the truth that still needed a lawyer due to corrupt cops and the judiciary.

Good for the judge in this case. He should be under the jail for the rest of his life.
