Thanks,Guillermo.

That short clip really shows how brave that man was.

I only wish the people who put the video together had devoted less time for showing us their names and more time for showing Sasha fight that jaguar.

Thanks Guille, muy bueno. I truly regret not having in my bookshelves "Tigrero", now so difficult to obtain here.

This is in fact a trailer of a 1 hour documentary on Sasha´s life in Brasil.

Have seen it at a meeting, but never had the chance to find it to buy or download.

Heard that the university of Mato Grosso (UFMT) has the complete movie.

Realy outstanding, it´s a shame that is so hidden.

Greetings all, When I was in school in the 1950s & early 60s, you could actually find the books about Siemel & other adventurers & hunters in public & school librarys.
Being of a different mindset than most, I read them all several times. Simel was a verry interesting man.
I believe there were 5 books about him. Duguid authored 2, Green Hell & Tiger-man. Sasha authored his owm autobiography, Tiegero. O'Brien wrote Sashino. And Sasha's son told Edith Siemels own story in Jungle Wife.

Wish I had the foresight to colect copies of my own while they were so easily available.
Regards, Byron

Sasha Siemel sure was quick on his feet considering he had to be loaded down with cohones.
