We just came back from Argentina on a stag hunt.
Biebs and a friend from the Phillipines went with me.We where about 120 km south of Santa Rosa.

Here is a little more info on our hunt.
We booked the hunt with:
Joan Manasse, Consultant
Butch Manasse Outdoor Adventures
Cheyenne, WY
www.worldwide-hunts.com
307-637-5495
The base cost for 5 days of hunting was $4000 plus some license and tax also need a flight to Santa Rosa from Buenos Aires . This included one any size Stag free range.
And you will see 15 to 20 stags of great quality every day.
I used a 300 WBY Blaser R-8 with the Zeiss scope. Jon used a Blaser 7mm and Jess used a Blaser 300 WSM.
You hunt the morning from about 7:30 am till 11 am then from about 4Red Faceo pm till dark about 8 pm.
You drive about 6 to 10 KM from the camp all in different directions 37,000 acres and you can hunt from a blind for bow hunters or spot and stalk walk about 2 to 5 KM on each stalk.
My shot was the end of the day at 335 meters but seen many at 100 meters and less.
The rooms are very good suites for 2, food great the best beef and pork you will ever eat.
Guides are very good one on one, language spanish they are very very short on the english, learn sign !!!
They can hunt up to 10 hunters in one party prefer 8 max. Middle of March to First of April great time to hunt.
They also have other game to take or a second stag trophy $2800 or management $800.
Great service, great friends and most of all it is hunting at its finest.
Larry

No we did not bring any trophies back.
The people we hunted with have a guy that's their importer in Miami. They will split the antlers and ship all our trophies in one container in separate boxes. They say no problems we will see.
Yes this is a great spring hunt with some great rewards

Congrats to all. Sounds like you had a great adventure. Glad you made it back OK to New Mexico and all. I am headed down on May 7th to hunt with Dr. Juan for Buff, Boar, Birds and a little fishing. Later.

Congratulations. You guys killed some great stags. There is nothing like spot and stalk in the middle of the roar!

For those interested, taking an overnight bus from BA to Santa Rosa is a way cheaper alternative to the charter and a great experience. The seats fold flat for sleeping, meals are served and there is an open bar. I was dubious, but am now a fan.

Best of luck Tim, you're gonna love it! Make sure you try some lamb chops in BA. Best I've ever eaten!
