I am curious about owning property in Argentina. I am not in a position at the moment, but at current plans would be able to buy in approximately 10 years. I am deciding on where to buy a ranch for hunting purposes. I am between Texas and Argentina. I am a US citizen, are there any regulations that would restrict ownership or anything?
Thank you very much, any information is much obliged.

Not that I know. Certain areas inside the National Parks have special regulations (for instance, Ted Turner owns one of these, and I believe Sly Stallone also has a huge property in a Park). But you may get in touch with an "escribano", who is an authorized pro dealing with real estate. I may suggest someone if needed, just let me know.
Regards.
