I leave in a week for Mendoza, then on to Cordoba, San Francisco, and points south, to visit Guillermo Amestoy and Juan Pozzi. Question. Is the Quilmes stout cold, beer and are there enough costillas holycow for this gringo viejo? My hunting this trip will be for trophy morcilla, mollejas, chorizos, cabrito and empanadas de pescado. faint
