I had a good mess of bobwhites from a recent training session. Took a shallow glass baking bowl, added olive oil, about 6 cloves of garlic chopped, salt, pepper, oregano, sliced onion, and a bit of cayenne. Put in the quail breasts, legs and thighs, and tossed them in the mix. Baked at 375 for about an hour and ten minutes, re stirring the birds every 20 minutes to keep the juices flowing. Great.
