Easy , cut them up , cook them then pass through a foley mill or strainer. You can freeze it or if you know how to can you can them.

Ohlsen,

Is your wife's first name "Mrs" and she makes a good cup of coffee?

I wouldn't make juice, or can em either, both are cheap and convenient enough to buy. No, i'd make catsup out of them. You just can't buy catsup that is as good as homemade. You fry up some potatoes and cover em with homemade catsup an you've really got something. Spicey and tart and slightly hot from a little cayenne. I'm telling you there's nothing like it. What you buy tastes like tomato paste compared to homemade from a pint jar. It dosn't last long at our house. But, it IS a little complicated to make. I'll type it out if you're interested in making catsup.

Plinker,
Sounds good, might as well just post it... With all the other things I prefer to make, it would fit right in. (Beer, wine, mead, jerky, sausage, bread, ammo, ...)
