I just got this online + want to try it. 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 C. diced onion 1 lg. can rotel diced tomatoes + chilies 1 can corn. Make enough biscuit mix to cover the bottom of a 9/13" pan, or get lazy + get some crescent roll quarters in the dairy section + make your base. For the sauce= 1 pkg. chive cream cheese 1/2 C. mayo 1 t onion powder 1/2 t. salt heat your oven to 325 deg. Cook your h.b. in skillet, + onions + then add the taco mix + tomatoes + chilies + corn mix. Pour evenly over the biscuit bottom. Meanwhile, add the cream cheese, mayo, onion powder, + salt to a mixing bowl + blend until smooth. Pour that over the meat layer + then top with 2 C. ea. of cheddar + mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Sounds pretty good to me. | ||
