I just tried this recipe. It is great. I left out the green pepper, and cooked the ribs for about 4 hours. Finger lickin' good.

Glad you enjoyed the ribs. I brought some of these ribs to work one day and the guys that use to supply me with ribs are not that willing to give them up anymore.
