i posted this a few years ago but it's worth repeating. got it in argentina where they really know how to do beef tale a bunch green onions and slice them lengthwise into thin slices (there is a little tool on amazon for a oouple bucks that works) 6-8 slices of bacon - fry till crisp and remove saving the grease cook the onion slices in the bacon grease being careful not to overcook add one clove minced garlic per person served add about 1 cup of white wine to the pan and simmer/reduce when reduced add about 6-8 oz of heavy cream stiring slowly to thicken add one cube of beef bullion per person add the crumbled bacon bits salt/pepper to taste serve over beef/pasta etc | ||
