I watched the video and was all fired up to do one but the price per pound is out of this world.
I had no idea a gator was that much dough.
Looks like I'll have to pass and do something else cool on the smoker.

Well, it is cheaper than good prime beef filet, but you have to buy a lot of it. I won't be doing it anytime soon -- but will do so if I hit the lottery.

I was going to say wild meat is way cheaper....but I would have been lying, and what with the truck, camp trailers, 4-wheelers, guns, tags, fuel, lodging etc. my game meat is pretty damn pricy! LOL
