here's an easy cheap one for tasty cheese curds - not fried- good with either white or yellow curds
basil
a pit of a hot spice (i use peri peri)
sunflower nuts, or the like
Parmesan cheese (dry grated stuff)
mix this together in a bowl and then add some olive oil. it doesn't take alot of the spices or oil. throw in the curds and stir. spices and oil should just coat the curds. good measure to start with is about a half teaspoon of each (might go like on the hot stuff at first) and about 1/2 oz of the nuts and cheese.
