Preheat oven to 400. And line a baking tray with baking paper.

This is one of the simplist tasty bacon treatments I know.

Mix equal parts brown sugar and white sugar, (about a cup each) and 2 tablespoons of ground red chili powder and place into a zip lock bag.

Seperate your bacon slices, and if they are really dry give them a wash under cold water.

Throw the bacon in the bag and shake until the meat is covered.

Place on the baking tray and cook until your desired bacon done ness.

Sweet tasty hot bacon.
