A very easy, very GOOD meal.

I just made a batch yesterday. I added a can of diced tomatoes and a few potatoes. I browned the beef in the pan for a few minutes, added two spoons of flour to thicken, and then loaded everything into the crock pot for seven hrs.

I think this one's a keeper.
