I have a one pound bag of already-cooked shrimp said to contain at least 28 of the little buggars. I need a simple recipe to take best advantage of them. Do shrimp do shish kabob very well? I'm open to suggestions and I'm not afraid to use garlic if I'm pushed too far...

Sounds good. Would it go good over pasta?

Already cooked ?Well it doesn't take very long to cook shrimp. Chop onion and garlic and saute in oil. Add shrimp and chopped parsley.Add white wine. Serve.....Heat oil in pan ,cook a few slices of fresh ginger for a couple of minutes.Remove ginger ,cook snow peas for a couple of minutes , add shrimp, cook for a minute and serve.
