| Already cooked ?Well it doesn't take very long to cook shrimp. Chop onion and garlic and saute in oil. Add shrimp and chopped parsley.Add white wine. Serve.....Heat oil in pan ,cook a few slices of fresh ginger for a couple of minutes.Remove ginger ,cook snow peas for a couple of minutes , add shrimp, cook for a minute and serve. |

| Of course , actually any shellfish can be used ,lobster, shrimp, clams ,crabs,For the lobster and maybe shrimp,you could add cream if you like.Serve on pasta or rice. |
