layer of pasta
layer of pulled pork
drizzled bbq sauce
layer of cheese
repeat but use smoked pulled chicken
repeat but use cubed smoked sausage

I agree,that really sounds good. Gonna give it a try.Ought to be even easier than normal since we now have the no boil lasagne noodles. I am very traditional usually but since the kids have grown + gone I have become lazy. Thanks for posting

You know,the more I think about it that would make some killer enchiladas;just substitute corn tortillas from the pasta. Damn,it just gets better.
