Not much of a recipe, but ya'll will love it. Fry up some venison chorizo (store bought will work), then drain an "appropriate" amount of grease (less is good). Then melt velvetta cheese into a big pan, add chorizo, add several cans of Roy-Tel tomatoes, continue to heat.

Big bags of chips. Big Bowls of Queso.
