Elephants having thick skins,big bones and large bellies probably don't render out as much meat as the same amount of weight in other animals. So if you are having large amount of guests and feeding them elephant stew,you might run out of meat. To make sure you have enough to go around you can supplement the stew with some rabbit meat. When you do this,be very discreet,as some folks get upset finding a hare in their stew.
