One or two lbs ground meat
Three or four cups mixed vegetables, veg-all,etc. (frozen is best)
One or two cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted.
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Brown burger (crumbled), add the rest, and serve like a gravy over mashed potatos.

My wife and I made this tonight.

Here's our exact ingredients:

1.5lb -- 93% lean hamburger meat
1 26oz (family sized) can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 16oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
copious amounts of worchestershire sauce

My wife didn't feel like mashing any potatoes, so we just baked a few and put it over 'em baked.

===========================================
1st impression -- it does look "questionable"
2nd impression -- tastes fine, no complaints, sort of like a hamburger pot-pie

3rd impression (and this may have to do with the size of the baked potato)

But I made some homemade buttermilk biscuits to go along with it, and after eating 2 biscuits, that potato slathered with this beef gravy, and a big glass of milk -- man, I am STUFFED.

Great recommendation and thanks for the recipe.

My wife couldn't finish all of hers -- it's VERY filling.
