I did mine with Gemsbuck, but im sure any venison will work. Gemsbok steak, cut into strips or cubes! Marinate for at least 30min in worcester sauce and balsamic vinegar! Strain and fry in a pan with half butter/half olive oil, add some flour to thicken, add the sauce(Worcester/balsamic), simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Fry – garlic to taste, 1 onion, and chillies to taste, simmer till soft! Add meat, Plus 1 glass red wine(250ml) and 250ml beef stock! Simmer for 20min to half an hour(until tender) Serve with freshly baked bread/panini Please do enjoy! | ||
