I bought a meat grinder and it came with a Kubbe attachment but doesnt really explain what its for. Can anyone enlighten me?

Chubbe ? what language is that ? Does it mean 'cube'? There are machines that cube meat but usually a separate machine.

Is it possibly for making larger sausages like salamis, summer sausage, etc? I know they call them "chubs". Anything that uses a cloth bag.
