We have a bumper crop of beautiful wild plums this year, they are about an inch in diameter, deep,rich color. My wife is busy making jelly and pancake syrup. Has anybody had any success with wild plum wine?

This sure sounds good. I have always wanted to find someone to make me some watermelon wine.
