Has anyone tried using J.D as a marinade? It works pretty good. The restaurant chain Cactus Club gave me this idea after having their J.D ribs and burgers. I tried it in my venison chilli and BBQ steaks. I just let it sit for the afternoon and it leaves a great flavour. When I make deer chilli I use both stew meat and ground. I just marinade the cubes. It seems to go good with a tomato base sauce or BBQ sauce. I find if you drink the rest before It's done you risk overcooking it or getting a hangover. | ||
