I like pickled peppers, but want to do my own.

follow the instructions on the mix. we add extra garlic and dill weed in each jar.
we use this mix for pickles, peppers ,colieflower. keep it boiling. hot lids.. we only put the jars in the water bath for about 5 min. keeps every thing crisp. place with the lid down on a towel on the table for 3 min. the set upright.
We do a lot of banana peppers,,,
