Take the whole front shoulder and place in a glass baking dish. Peel enough potatoes (6-8) to surround the meat and add a 1 pound bag of baby carrots and some button mushrooms that are halved or quartered. Rough chop one large sweet onion and add to dish. Pour one envelope of Mrs. Grass's Onion soup mix over the meat. Take two cans of condensed Campbells Golden Mushroom soup and spoon over the meat and veggies. Cover with aluminum foil and place in 300 degree oven for 4-5 hours. Enjoy! Easy meal to make at deer camp, prepare at noon and go hunt the afternoon. Dinner is ready when you get back in from hunting.

I do essentially the same but use Snappy Top bloody mary mix for the liquid, then make it in an oven bag meant for baking turkey. Ready in about an 1 hour or so. Sometimes I smoke it first, even better.
