little secret about reheating up a piece of left over prime/steak. you know how it usually tastes kinda wierd reheated?? well if you put a piece of lettuce over it and then reheat, it'll taste just like fresh cooked

are you referring to re-heating it in a oven? my wife would go for the micro-wave first.
