These taste great.I could eat a ton of them but...
My mother made them.She asked me to stop bringing her any more pumpkins-lol.
The pumpkins with the darker inside make the best patties and pie.I cut and grated the pumpkin myself.The greens are from her garden.They are oven baked but you could fry them if you wish.If you eat these you will have alot of strength the next day.You could easily handle the recoil of a big bore double.I have enough pumpkins to get me to Christmas! I would love to try some pumpkin bread and muffins.Too bad I dont have the time to bake.Some pumpkin bread or muffins in the morning with some jam and a cup(or two) of my own(from my roaster) Kenya roasted coffee-wow-makes getting up easier for sure!! If I ever get married I need to marry a woman who loves cooking.Maybe I should take some cooking classes!
