Cornbread Casserole 8 oz. Sour Cream 1 Stick Butter Can of Whole Kernel Corn Can of Cream Corn 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix Grated Cheese Diced Jalapenos to Taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour contents into a 9x9 glass casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stir and bake 20 more minutes, cover with cheese and cook for 10 more minutes. | ||
