we picked this up from luis sier in argentinna this spring & its really good
take a couple bunches of green onions and slice them into thin strips lengthwise
fry about 4 or 5 pieces of bacon until crisp. remove the bacon and save for latter.
toss the inions into the bacon grease anf fry until just about done (cooked but not turning color)
add about 6 oz of white wine into the pan and simmer until most of the liquid is gone
add
add a clove of garlic per person, and one bullion cube per person to the mix and stir.
add about 4-6 oz of heavy cream to thicken the mix and continuing simmering unit the consistency you want.
add salt/pepper to taste.
this is a great topping over a steak, hamburger etc., but also is esxcellent when mixed into a pasta.

That sounds great!!

Anything with bacon fat, garlic and onion has got to be good!! Might work over biscuits too.
