Beef fillet marinated in yogurt, black pepper, onions and dried limes for 36 hours.

Absolutely delicious!

Dessert was affogato, an Italian recipe.

Vanilla ice cream and expresso coffee, with whole coffee beans on top.

The top pictures shows normally cooked kebab.

The one with onions and tomatoes is for me.

I have developed into a full human being, unlike some of you lot who eat meat like hyenas! clap

It all looks marvelous, Saeed. I had not heard of dried limes before, but have made Moroccan preserved lemons.

We use dried limes in our cooking quite a lot.

In stews we use them whole, just cracked so the liquid goes in.

For this recipe we crush them into small pieces.

Tomorrow we are having Crispy duck.

Friends come over to play soccer on the Sony PlayStation.

They have asked for crispy duck, as our chef has to cook it all day.

A recipe is only as good as the food it makes.

This is my pizza recipe, and everyone loves it!

Tortilla chips with refried beans cheese and jalapenos is a Mexican dish.

We make our own recipe, and it is loved by everyone.

To me, it is like reloading.

Make the one best suits your purpose! clap

Tonight was the usual starter which is tortilla chips with refried beans jalapenos and cheese.

Main was from one of our very popular restaurants, Ravi's.

Dessert was ice cream with fruits, berries and coffee.

Biryani is best with lime pickle or mango chutney, as your taste.

I like both.

There also so many different recipes for biryani as well as curry.

We have a fantastic chef, and he searches for recipes we ask for and gives us a choice.

We have a get together 2-3 times a week at our house.

We always have normal food.

Non of the funny famous chefs silly recipes.

And our guests are thankful for that.

Yes there are, according to your taste.

Light peanut butter, with mainly chili powder, and any other you wish to add.

Wow. I need to do that chicken dish this winter.

A question, Saeed. Does Chef cook all the rice and taters first and add them to the chicken at roasting?

I think everything is cooked separately and finally put together in the oven.

First time we had this, it was great!

Tomorrow they have asked for the traditional English roast beef, with Yorkshire pudding.

We will have a chicken dish too as some prefer that to red meat.
