Typically found at deli counters, not bottled that I know of.
1/3 cup red wine vinegar (2nd batch I went to 2/3 cup)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 sm. onion fine sliced, diced
1 tsp. salt (I used less)
2 tbs. dried parsley
1 tsp. ground dry mustard
1 tbs. brown sugar (no more)
2 cloves garlic crushed fine
1 lb. button mushrooms (do not wash)

In medium sauce pan, bring everything to boil, reduce heat, stir in mushrooms, simmer 10-12 min (I went 15)**you might believe liquid is not enough but as mushrooms lose their liquid, it settles out. I let it cool, then transfer to glass container in fridge to enjoy next day.

As I was reading your list of ingredients my mouth started to water. Trying this one this weekend for sure.

Thanks!

Sounds good.
I've always used garlic, butter, and Sherry, but I just might try this one.

Field sports are not about targets and scores. Score-keeping is necessary in competitions between humans, unattractive in competitions with weaker adversaries. Constant scores of many to zero do not smell of struggle and chance. They smell of greed.
