I got an interior griz given to me by a friend.I have made yummy summer sauage with it that I smoked.I also made lipton onion soup burgers with it.My girlfriend made roast and awesome chicken friend grizzley steaks.Interior griz where I live have no fish and eat moose calves and caribou calves ,berries and roots mostly.They do take healthy adult moose too.Any way its good meat very close to beef.You just have to cook it done like pork.My girlfriend likes it better than me.I like moose better but didnt get one this year.
