Here is what I do...
Put shrimp or scallops or whatever in a ceramic dish over a gas flame,
add butter and a little garlic,
boil briefly, turn and cook until medium rare,
Put in an oven at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes, cover in Parmesan cheese, cook until the cheese browns, and serve with your favorites!!!
