Does anyone make their own monkey gland sauce? I have found a few recipes online that I may try but I wondered if any of you chefs made your own. The outfitters wife we hunted with a few weeks ago made her own and it was great with kudu and gemsbok. I filled one of my archery tags this week and thought it should go as well with whitetail as kudu. Thanks Jim

My daughter makes monkey gland sauce, I'll get her to post the recipe. Her's is very close to what they serve at Spurs in Jo'burg and Pretoria.
