Can we make teriyaki jerky from any wild game in our oven/microwave efficiently, without having to buy a smoker?????

I dont know abount a microwave but I have fixed it in oven I use Hi Mountan jurkey mix.Or just add liqued smoke to your recipe I made some out of hog meat it turned out good.Cajun jurkey is my favert.
