This is a drink,that tastes just like homemade apple pie. Take a very large pot and into it goes: 1 gallon of apple cider, 2 gallons of apple juice, 3 cups of sugar and 8 cinnomon sticks. Mix and bring to a boil, let slow boil for 30 minutes. Take off of stove and cool. This must be cold or the alcohol will evaporate. Next, add one quart of good moonshine.Mix up and put back into the 1/2 gallon jugs(apple juice) and the one gallon jug from the cider. It should all go back into the jugs from the evaporation. There will be alot of sediment and the sticks left in the bottom of the pot. I use a pitcher to transfer the juice from the pot to the jugs. You can also use white lighting or a 1/2 gallon of rum. You can almost taste the crust of the pie! Beware, it hits hard when it hits! Enjoy.
