I was at a gunshow and saw a lee slug mold in 12 ga. It was cheap and interesting so I bought it. It casts neat hollow 12 ga slugs. I know that slug technology has gone way beyond these, but they are free. Anyway, they weigh 7/8 oz and crimp perfectly into a AA hull set at my 1 oz target setup. Makes a nice shooting slug for a combination gun my son-in-law has. He isn't much of a shooter and the low recoil suits him well. Plenty of knockdown power for small deer at under 50 yds. Did I mention they are free and I don't have to change my setup.
