The first pic here has some of what you are looking for. No ahead of rim diameter, though, but it only a fraction larger than the plastic diameter.

Lots of good info in this SAAMI document.

The 410 or any common shotshell as loaded will have a slight step down in dimensions from the brass to the plastic.
But that step is not reflected in the chamber in anyway.
Mfg'rs differ in the length of the brass. With the reletively low pressures that the shotshells work under, this 'step' does not create a problem when the shell is fired.
The chamber of any shotshell is cut with a very slight straight taper from back to front..
